You will get the recording of the live workshop (almost 90 minutes) for parents along with 2 handouts with strategies and tips. You also get a bonus 11-minute video for kids and teens educating them about the frontal lobe and executive functioning. There is a checklist for kids/teens to help them identify their executive function strengths and weaknesses. Finally, there is a handout helping your kids/teens learn practical, daily strategies to strengthen their executive functioning.
